Appendix A is the "MGV Search Sample Source List", which contains names,
positions, flux densities and spectral indices for all MG II and MG III
sources imaged at VLA A-array, 8.43 GHz (X-band) in period 1991 - 1993.
Full details appear on page 123 of her thesis (to be mailed to you).
This is a plain ASCII file, formatted.

Appendix B is the "Table of MGV Source Characteristics", which contains
names, VLA component names, accurate VLA component positions, component
peak intensities, component flux densities, radio and optical morphologies and
comments for most of the sources in Appendix A. Those that do not have more
information than in Appendix A (a very small fraction) are labelled 'UC' in
the Class column. See her thesis page 149 for further details.
These positions are good enough for optical identifications.
